Excellent meal! Good price! Great service! Only problem was the room was too chilly
We have been going to La Strada on Christmas Eve for years. We are always treated well and enjoy the food, atmosphere and staff. We were not disappointed again. However, we did feel a little rushed this year, maybe because there weren't enough servers/staff?? But we understood, just sad we felt like we had to hurry (even though we didn't). Biggest complaint is that the El Dorado no longer offers valet parking unless you're a high roller. Christmas Eve dinner was delicious and was served by friendly, competent servers in a lovely holiday atmosphere.
First time visit for Christmas Day dinner. Restaurant is well located away from a lot of the casino noise and traffic. Old school upscale ambience and service. With the exception of the Caesar salad, which was average at best, the other courses were excellent. Good selection of wines in a wide range of (very fair) prices. All in all, a terrific experience and one to add to the list for a nice dinner or hosting guests.
My husband and I had a very enjoyable dinner on Christmas Eve. Our server was Donald. He was professional and kind. He provided us with exceptional service and was very accommodating as my husband has dietary restrictions. We hope to come back soon and we will ask for Donald.
We went to Roxy’s on Christmas Day instead of to a friend’s cabin as travel was not possible due to highway closures. The staff at Roxy’s were fantastic. Many have worked there for 15 years or longer. Our server was comparable to any server we’ve had anywhere in the world. He was attentive to our every need and not obtrusive. The food was excellent but I would not recommend going there if you are vegan. We had a lovely unrushed family dinner which turned out to be perfect.

As always friendly service great food. The only fault and this is trivial. The Knife was very dull
