The filet minion is a must! First time trying escargot as well and it was amazing.
We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Rocky! Amazing bread to start. Fantastic steak. A nice upscale, yet relaxed, atmosphere. Quality service. We will be back.
Very nice Thanksgiving dinner - I had scallops (fabulous) my husband had the salmon (outstanding) and the entire dinner and evening was perfect. Our first time dining here and couldn't be happier. Very good service - thanks to all the staff for working so hard on a holiday. The place was packed.
Great place for a great meal. Tried the lobster service escargots style. it was outstanding.
The food was a bit expensive for the portions and tasted average. But the atmosphere was nice and there was a live piano being played.
La Strada never disappoints. The service is excellent. The food is delicious. And, the wine selection is impressive. Everything about "date night" dinner was perfect.
Based on their claim of being one of the top Italian Restaurants in the US this restaurant fell way short of that! The food was good - but not memorable. I had the pasta with Lobster which at $52 was disappointing to say the least - the lobster was overcooked and sauce lacked any complexity or nuance to it. Our server - Jack was great though. The atmosphere is a bit dated but the place was very clean and it wasn’t Smokey. Would I go back - maybe - but wouldn’t be something I would seek out.

Our family was looking for a nice relaxed restaurant for our Thanksgiving outing. After looking for a restaurant only a few week before the holiday and finding them all booked, we settled for LaStrada Italian cuisine at El Dorado Resort. *Lesson learned, you don't always have to have turkey on Thanksgiving. *LaStrada was a truly relaxed and enjoyable experience.
