Michelle was fabulous. She did a great job of making suggestions and tempting us with specials, apps and desserts. The music was horrible for the majority. You folks are Italian... please go back to the classic ambiance that you have been. This “mix” of 50s diners and everyone now and then a classic, was off putting. I’m there to relax, have a nice meal.. and at an Italian restaurant, certain things are expected. What isn’t is the sound track that they play at the mel’s diner down the street. The service we received by our waiter could have been better. He was not very attentive. He seemed rushed. The waiter's assistant, Ricky, was very pleasant and attentive. The constant parade of people by our table to the tables in the back was annoying.

We enjoyed our meal at Roxy together as usual. Our waiter, Albert, helped to make our dining experience even better. He is so helpful, and witty without being intrusive. Our needs were always promptly taken care of. We look forward to our next visit at your restaurant!

Pasta dishes were fresh and well seasoned. Mushroom ravioli as an appetizer was great. Exceptional service in a quiet corner of the casino complex. Very memorable meal.
