It was just alright. Desk out front with no sign directing guests into the restaurant to be seated. Our server didn't know about the wine we asked about. He said he could go look it up, which made me feel like we were putting him out. The artichoke appetizer had a few octopus tentacles (we think that's what it was). Not good for a vegetarian. The famous mushroom ravioli came out looking like it had been sitting under a warmer. Overall I would not return based on this experience and the money spent.
We were celebrating our Anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP'S. Complimentary champagne when we sat and a yummy dessert with a candle at the end of dinner. The service was excellent. Always checking to make sure everything was going well. The Rib Eyes that we order melted in our mouths. One of the best Rib Eyes we have had. The Asparagus was cooked perfectly. We will return to a Roxy's whenever we return to Reno. Thank you Cheryl O'Brien
Perfect preshow dining experience with friends and family
Outstanding place. The food well worth the price. Our server Albert is the reason we come to Roxy every year.
We dinned at La Strada after watching The Illusionists show at Eldorado. The services and foods are excellent. The Veal Ossobuco and Pan Roasted Halibut were seasoned and prepared perfectly. The place was pleasant and quiet with occasional happy birthday sangs cheering up people who were celebrating birthday there.
We are local and Roxy’ is our go to place. Happy hour martinis 7 days a week and served when dining. Best is the service, from the hostess to manager. We consider the staff part of our family. Doesn’t hurt that the food is great, but for us it’s really about the people and the service!

The staff were aware it was our anniversary so they added some extra touches to our experience from laying out flower petals on the table, to singing and bring us a piece of cake. Dinner itself was cooked to perfection and would highly recommend the rigatoni. I will definitely recommend this place and will most definitely be back, hungry for more.
