Spencer and Tate were outstanding ! So friendly and welcomed us like relatives . We will be back soon. The martinis were fabulous. King crab legs were too much for one person and that was a half order ! Wow so much food !
Uncle Willey's Meat Ravioli are my favorite
We had a wonderful experience at Roxy's Our server was great and our steaks were amazing, the filet was perfectly cooked as we ordered. Our wine, salad and entree was all superb, the only thing we did not enjoy as much was the pork belly appetizer, the Asian flavor profile was amazing but I think because we ordered it earlier in the evening it was not quite cooked to the tenderness we would do ours. My husband and I love to celebrate any occasion with a trip to Roxy's bar for a martini and then on to the restaurant for a gourmet meal.
Once you check in, they take you passed the bar, back to your table and you really feel far away from busy casino/resort that is the Eldorado. It really has an excellent ambiance and feel. As far as the food goes, I'm not Italian, but it was some of the best I have ever had. I feel La Strada has great value as well and I look forward to going back!
Large groups are tough (12 people) but overall it was a good experience. I have eaten at the Roxy many times over the years and there are definitely things they are good at (raviolis, wagyu burgers, and steak are good). But service can be uneven at times.
Roxy is the best place to eat. Every one was friendly and very helpful, from the greeter, bread lady, waiter and the guy that keep our water glass filled. My wife loved the bacon bread, loved it so much. She had the prime rib with garlic mashed potato’s, was perfect.
