Nice quiet place for somewhat upscale Italian food. Prices are high in my estimation, but I'm old and remember a time when a really good Italian meal could be had for 30 or 40 dollars. We both had the seafood linguine and the prosciutto wrapped prawns. Everything was very good with a good variety of seafood in the linguine and the prosciutto added a lot of flavor to the prawns. La Strada is a quiet, beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious. The setting is lovely. We had a wonderful dinner there twice in the last month. Our most recent dinner was on 9/10 and was outstanding, primarily due to amazing service from our server, Keith. We asked Keith for recommendations on what to order and he did even better than that! Nothing impressive here. Pastas just basic, no creativity inspiring the red or cream sauces. Fish dishes were dry. Again, just satisfactory as no culinary creativity applied to these dishes through the use of sauces, salsas, or additional compliments in seasoning.
