Ms. Veronica was a very wonderful lady, very professional and so very kind. Loved how she broke down everything from beginning to end. She made the process real quick and easy. Also, the other two ladies were very polite and kind as well. I give them 5 stars!!!
I honestly believe that company’s like this are only in it for the money. I had no other option but to take our a car title loan for a retainer fee for an attorney. I only did this as a last resort. I took out a loan for $2,000 and on a 6 month loan I’ll be paying an APR % of 292.84 so at the end of paying off that loan I’ll have paid almost $5,000. 292.84 % APR….thats even more than what a loan shark or the New York mob charged. Very rude service representative! I opted not to do a title loan bc I felt dismissed by the lady anytime I asked a question & she huffed at me. Then she said I needed to go file the lean against my own title. I kind of thought that was her job she's paid for. 🤔 she acted like she had better things to do and places to be.
