my new 40ft gooseneck trailer is dog legged,and its a 2015,all the screws broke holding down the wood,and the brake controller fell off trailer going down the road,wheel seals leaking on front,and 1 of the wheels was cracked,and 1 brake on front didnt work at all,other than that the welding seems to be holding up
I purchased a 16k gooseneck dump trailer in June of 2014 and had it delivered to Florida. It shook so bad from unbalanced tires that a fender came loose in route. They wouldn't take any responsibility for it because they state that they do not balance tires. I repaired the fender myself. The wiring for the brakes and lights were very poorly done and to keep from having constant brake warning lights and flickering running lights I re-worked all of those too. Like some of the other folks who commented, I drove close to 200 miles to buy and pick up the 16 footer, gooseneck dump trailer. They were aready for me when I got there, they were putting the finishing touches on it, spare tire, tarp and basicallly when I finished the paper work, wnich they had ready I was on the road home. Tracks true and the staff were spectacular in explaining all the workings of the trailer. Highly recommend these folks to anyone buying a trailer. it's a great trailer,the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.The trailer was ready on time when we arrived. the staff took the time to explain everything to us on the operation of thing.The paint job could have been better but I think it will be OK besides that they are very well built.I would recommend these trailers to anyone. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and the staff was very attentive. I drove 200 miles to purchase the trailer and it was well worth the trip. The trailer is very well constructed and designed.
