One of the top St Albans restaurants, Thai Square is housed within a beautifully restored 15th Century timber frame grade II listed building. We are one of the top Thai restaurants in this ancient English city, and were honoured as a Highly Commended in the 2017 Hertfordshire Food and Drink Awards.

Food was tasty, although it took 1 hour for the food to arrive. It was Saturday night, however this was still extreme. Staff were not attentive and they got the wrong bill so we were chased out once they realised they had made the mistake. Service charge is automatically added, therefore had to manually ask for it to be taken off. Food was tasty but overpriced.
Welcoming with good food. Was pretty empty though so ambience was affected.
Lovely food, overpriced though and despite only being 3 people in the restaurant with 3 waiting staff, the service was slow.

Friendly service and the food was good. Very tasty Thai curries. We missed the wider range of set menus and was surprised at some of the prices for dishes.
Nice decor, but the food was bland, there are so many better places to eat Thai food. Over price and poor quality of Thai foods.

Delightful wedding anniversary dinner. Lovely ambiance, tasteful decor and we had a good window table. The service was prompt and courteous in attending to our requests. The food was simply delightful, an orchestra of delicious tastes delivered in visually appealing ways. All in all a memorable outing for the Mrs and I.
