Working with Nick was refreshingly different than working with other realtors - Nick is super attentive to following up with details we had discussed, extremely prompt and has amazing work ethic and follow through. If he tells you he'll send you comps - he sends great comps. He not only is great with the people aspect but also pays great attention to detail to the pricing, technicals, and paperwork aspects -- hard to find in a realtor! Bought a house with him upon first showing of the first house visit.
Chase is amazing. We took our time to look for a good Realtor and I’m glad we did and we chose Chase. He is very smart and gets back to you really fast by call or text messages. He has a lot of knowledge and REALLY listen to what you want/need when buying a house. He is an amazing negotiator with builders. Cannot recommend Alex highly enough! When we first spoke to him, he took time to understand our unique situation and what are needs were. He then sent us lots of options to explore. Through the entire process, he was very responsive; every time we wanted to set up viewings, Alex had them scheduled asap and was quick to work with listing agents to resolve any issues with scheduling.
