After that, she set us up to receive information of other prospect houses that were within our budget which made it easy to find our now forever home. We worked with Alyssa to buy our new house and that was a wonderful experience, so we decided to work with her again to sell our condo. We were actually on a bridge loan from the bank that was contingent on selling the condo in 6 months, so it was pretty stressful situation from that perspective. Brandon was amazing, was quick to respond and patient when we had questions. When we were figuring out how the escrow works he let me call even on odd hours to make sure we were confident and knew what to do. He also did a great job helping us negotiate the price for the washer and dryer and the leaseback we did. Top notch person to work with!
