Nicholas did an amazing job! This was our first investment property purchase so I was new to the whole process. He helped me out and never made me feel any question I had was wasted time. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicholas, he streamlined the process.
Nick was professional, prompt, and patient with me as a first time seller. He always replied in a timely manner, gave me the info I was asking for and kept a kind, personable attitude the entire time. Thanks to him I was able to sell my property faster than we had planned and for around what I had originally thought would be my most preferred price. I highly recommend having him be your go to as a realtor in Austin.
