These guys were the only ones who would return my phone calls. They not only ordered the part on the first call but set up an appointment to come out and fix our microwave. Very reasonable prices. I gave them a deposit in order to have them order the part. When I had to cancel they sent my card a rebate the very next day. I consider them very trustworthy.
I have used Appliance Doctor to repair my washing machine and, most recently, my microwave. Each time, repairs were made in a timely manner. The technicians were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Remove your old dead microwave and replace it with a brand new one ... simple? Not when you run into problems that we encountered. To remove our old micro, the trim piece under the adjoining cabinets had to be removed. The person who installed our cabinets never gave a second thought to when the micro would have to be replaced. Ashley was very accomodating in working around my schedule. Chris was thorough and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator very quickly! I will say they need to dump their answering service, though. FIVE STARS for Appliance Doctor~~ ZERO stars for the rude lady at the answering service!!
