We were pleased with our overall experience using Bath Authority. The leadtime was reasonable and it was easy to get on their schedule for installation. We were happy that it was only a one day install! The install crew went right to work, were very professional and respectful. The only downside was that they left a gap between our tub and floor that we had to fill on our own.

The product and installation are top quality. The only negative is that the Sales Rep projected that the work would be completed in one day; once the work was started, it was obvious that a one-day completion was impossible. This is no way was the fault of the installation team, who were excellent. The amount of inconvenience experienced to plan for and accommodate the necessary 2nd day would have been avoided if it was simply stated up-front that two full days by the 2-person team would be needed.

Our shower looks decent overall! I’m happy from what it once was to what it is now! Only complaint is our drain was a brassy color and we ordered black finish for all the hardware. Also, our surround got a pretty deep cut that’s noticeable. Otherwise our crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up their mess! I wish it could have been done in 1 day like we were told, but I understand there was more work than the crew was made aware of.
