Nick and Hector were great installersAnd did a fantastic job Nick sat us down before they started the insulation and asked if we had any questions and explained exactly what he was going to do they finish the job in a day and a half and our new tab looks beautifulNick also called the day before they were to show up and told us exactly what we needed to do to be prepared for when they came and they were on time and we couldn’t be happier

We were pleased with our overall experience using Bath Authority. The leadtime was reasonable and it was easy to get on their schedule for installation. We were happy that it was only a one day install! The install crew went right to work, were very professional and respectful. The only downside was that they left a gap between our tub and floor that we had to fill on our own.

The product and installation are top quality. The only negative is that the Sales Rep projected that the work would be completed in one day; once the work was started, it was obvious that a one-day completion was impossible. This is no way was the fault of the installation team, who were excellent. The amount of inconvenience experienced to plan for and accommodate the necessary 2nd day would have been avoided if it was simply stated up-front that two full days by the 2-person team would be needed.
