I would definitely recommend The Beacon.
The location was great and very close to my house. This facility came recommended by a friend. It was just what she needed at the time.
I spent 2 weeks under The Beacon at Gulf Breeze. The staff did exactly what they said they were going to do for us. They were in stand by mode to assist us as we transitioned for another assisted living facility that didn't not live up to what we asked for and did not explain fully how their facility functions. Partly our flaunt for not reading more carefully their bylaws. I have already recommended The Beacon to others as I hear or am asked for my thoughts. I'd say that families need to know that the base rent charged is not the only monthly expense. Depending on the number of care points assessed, this additional cost can be an unpleasant surprise and isn't talked about much. As far as The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is concerned, it is a good facility with caring staff throughout the organization and I would recommend it to others.
The Beacon takes great care of their residents! All of the staff is so caring and they make a difference. The facility is clean, it's a welcoming environment. And they do amazing making sure there's activities going on!

My brothers and I have been very impressed with The Beacon for our 91 year old dad. It is a beautiful facility with excellent care. He requires hospice care now, and everyone has been gracious and supportive and kind with my father and our whole family. We are beyond grateful.
The Beacon is a wonderful place for residents and staff. The environment is positive and friendly. The facility resembles a grand hotel. The proximity to the beach allows our residents to enjoy all that the Emerald Coast has to offer!
