If you want an awesome realtor, Karen and her company are for you! Karen is very knowledgeable and professional in every way. She is efficient and caring and she trains her staff to mirror her values and ethics. She is a model realtor that should be training the world of professional realtors. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about property values in the greater Boulder area and offered outstanding guidance to me in pricing, preparing the listing and selling my first home in 52 years. I say team, because everyone there helped 24/7 as I’m in Seattle and they sold my Boulder home in just 3 weeks after listing. Mountain homes are possibly not that easy to sell during the winter months. Think muddy, potholed, and snow covered gravel roads. We were a bit hesitant about listing our home in a very small mountain community during winter of 2018/19. With the Bernardi Group encouragement and professional services the house sold quickly and at the asking price. The quality of the listing photos were far above the average (see their website for examples) What can we say other then they can get your property sold quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended
