I would highly recommend Bryan's team. From the beginning, they brought us in for an initial meeting to get to know us and recommend a budget to follow. Once we found a house, we were always informed with the process and what was going on behind the scenes. They were fast, but more importantly accurate. Our insurance company was surprised with how quickly Brian's team got them the info they needed. Everything was smooth, and we were highly satisfied with the process. This is a great team to work with.
The Team at Waterstone in Grayslake is amazing! Great communication, minimal back and forth, no hiccups or surprises at the end. Getting all the info to them was super easy through their portal. They always took our calls and stayed on the schedule and tasks. Wes was super easy to work with and took great care of us! They made it easy!
