Edited to give them that extra star that I didn't provide on the first one. Dr. Jennifer did remind me that they provided an oral packet of info back in May which I forgot about prior to yesterday's surgery of 3 wisdom teeth removal. Some things you just won't know to ask until it's done but they made sure they answered questions, were available or at least called me back when I needed something or had a thousand questions. Best dental surgical experience I've ever had.

Overall it was great. I probably got on their nerves a little calling afterwards trying to understand what all to do, not to do, how long to keep gauze in, etc. A lot of that info should've been provided days or weeks before the surgery. Even down to what groceries to buy so I'm not having to go out or order food after the fact. Giving it the day of while I'm still coming from under anesthesia and trying to get prescriptions filled, take meds, get food ready, sleep the anesthesia off, plus read the paperwork was too much. This was my second visit and it was just as wonderful as the first! Each person in the office is great. I asked a million questions on the phone the day before and the young lady answered them all with patience and clarity. My office visit today was met with the same patience and positivity. To top it all off, Dr. Okhiria is phenomenal!
