Dr Brown and her Staff are personable, professional and very knowledgeable of their jobs. They make you feel comfortable, they care and treat you as part of their family. I have been going there since Dr Brown opened up her office in Hickory. I use to put off going to the dentist before I met Dr Brown and her staff. Now I enjoy going to the dentist. I love Dr. and her staff. Got to meet Chelsea today for my hygiene appt. It has been longer than it should have to been to go in, but Dr. Brown was very understanding. They are compassionate, friendly, and truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend them for everyone, esp. if you have a fear of going to the dentist. They will put you at ease.

Today I brought my 5 year old daughter in with me. My hygienist was very sweet to her, Meghan the receptionist was very nice to her and had toys for her to play with.
