I had my first visit to The Chateau in Burlington on a Friday night recently. Our waitress was warm and friendly and she paid the right amount of attention to us. I had a glass of red with The Trio, which is portions of three different choices. The one I got was Toasted Ravioli, Chicken Parm and a Meatball. IT WAS BEYOND DELICIOUS! Terrific waitress with a great sense of humor. Excellent service.
Six adults with various meal selections. All were happy although my food arrived look warm bordering on cool. I took the majority home and reheated.

Had to send lobster roll back, tasted kind of swampy. Ordered a pizza and it was great! Did ask via open table reservation for bday dessert for a guest but it never came.
Reservation made. One of the five was running late. Waiter was very patient and helpful with suggestions. All entrees were delicious. Will definitely be back.
I have been a patron of the chateau for many many years and I feel very sad to say feel like the quality of food has gone down for the past 3-5 years. I ordered a shrimp scampi and shrimp was shrimp cocktail over a bed of angel hair pasta in a sauce that tasted like Just chicken broth . Didn’t taste not see much garlic. Bring back the old shrimp scampi please and forget about changing an existing menu item.
Chateau is always consistently good. Prices are reasonable and the service is good.
