I had my first visit to The Chateau in Burlington on a Friday night recently. Our waitress was warm and friendly and she paid the right amount of attention to us. I had a glass of red with The Trio, which is portions of three different choices. The one I got was Toasted Ravioli, Chicken Parm and a Meatball. IT WAS BEYOND DELICIOUS!
