I drive by this project often on my way to work and I notice a lot of unsafe behavior on the site. I wouldn't feel safe with my family living there. Ill look elsewhere
I feel this is over priced living built with low wages. You get what you pay for.
Have you taken a close look at the floor plans? Who designed this thing. Who in their right mind would pay 1500 a month for a 500 sqft unit.
One of many places you can be a poop face in a poopy condo! What makes this one different? You can be the consistency of a wine bender poop. I love Colorado!
