We could only get outdoor seating and unfortunately it was extremely hot that evening. The flys were pretty obnoxious too so it was difficult to enjoy our meal while sweating profusely and batting at flys😩 The alley was very noisy also. The usual characters with mental health issues screaming back at the voices in their heads and motorbikes revving their engines but the food was delish!
Best food I’ve had in Salem in a while. It doesn’t have a stuffy atmosphere and the food surpasses all the fine dining in town. My new fav.
Going away party
Incredible food with great service and atmosphere. We were sat in the basement area which is a little more private. While the place was very busy with a bachelorette party right behind us, they made us feel like the only ones there. The music was fun and engaging without being overbearing. The food was incredible and makes us want to come back, we still can't stop talking about how good it was 2 or 3 days after we had it. This is a wonderful spot to eat and a must in Salem.

I’m not sure what can be said that hasn’t already. Cozy Taberna is very special. Elevated dining and atmosphere for Salem. You won’t find anything else like it in town. Almost all plates are designed to be shared. Some of the small plates aren’t actually very small. Especially the salads and the fried artichoke hearts with aioli. The grilled meats were amazing. Complete dinner for two including a pitcher of Sangria and dessert for $100. Super reasonable for a special night out.
Cozy’s is a great night out! The service is great and the food is amazing.
The Service was terrific! The peppers with the flank steak were so HOT they were un edible. We had this dish in the past and eat every bite. Other than that our overall meal and experience was great.
We enjoyed a delicious meal which was well served. The server recommended a Tempranillo wine that was excellent, and enhanced the food. We will be back.
