Daniel follows closely with each showing and shows his profession during the whole transaction. My husband has been ill so Daniel had to coordinate between some potential buyers for the showing time changes.He put a great offer on the property so we could sell. Highly recommend!

Daniel is hands down the best residential real estate agent I have ever worked with. He LOVES what he does, which makes all the difference in the world. Add to that his knowledge of the local market and real estate in general, his attention to detail, and the fact that he simply outworks everyone else, and you have a fantastic realtor.

We put my parent's house up for sale shortly after my father's death in a time when prices were peaking crashing and burning. Daniel was gentle with us, but aggressive with others in negotiating our sale. He gave us very timely, comprehensive information that allowed us to adjust our price and presentation for the best sale at the best time. Outstanding service overall! Mr.Rosenberg demystified an intimidating and unfamiliar process and handled all of the dirty work in a very efficient and courteous manner. Stay away from this agent. I am an Out of state investor try to test Vegas market and was introduced to Daniel J Rosenberg by a friend so no question was ask or do homework on him. I just use him to list a property near Summerlin area in Las Vegas. It was a BIG mistake!!
