Everybody was so courteous and kind.when I was having a problem breathing when I got there, they came to me with genuine concern. Attitudes like that (and it was heartfelt) are what make a business a place you want to come back to. The work you did for me was exceptional as well. Thank you guys.
Dr. Turner and his staff were very good to me. I was comfortable during my procedures and i liked how everything was explained to me including cost.
I recently visited Dr Turner for a procedure, and my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed rushed and unprofessional, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I had to try on the denture in the waiting room, which felt inappropriate, and it didn't fit right. They tried an adjustment and made it worse. They rushed that procedure as well, and almost pushed me out of the door. Now, I can't wear the denture at all because it hurts too much and I need to find another dentist.
