I went in on a Sunday for an infected cyst. It was drained and then I needed to follow up with antibiotic ointment and pills. I went straight to the pharmacy . Had not received script. I called- you can’t call the NP you just were with. Cannot call the office directly. After waiting an hour and calling 3 times, I had to drive back to the office to have the script sent in, I sent an email about my meds that I am still waiting on a response !!
The doctor is Karissa Ramos and she did not even prescribe the correct ultrasound on the referral
They are the worst! I have an appointment at 5:35pm. I requested to leave work early and got there 10 mins before my appointment time and the office was closed. I called the office main number and they said it was canceled but not canceled… how is that even possible? This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Short story: If I could give negative stars, I would. Save yourself the frustration and book your appointment elsewhere. The worst customer service I've ever experienced - not willing to work with you, incredibly rude and unhelpful. Billing patient for services based on inaccurate medical records.
