Listen to the other reviewers avoid Luis Ayala and save yourself the headache. I figured since my acne is maintained it should be a simple visit. WRONG!!! He started saying that he doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing one medication and that I should go to an endocrinologist and will not give me refills on it (even though other providers at this same office have refilled it with no problems) but will fill the topicals. My pharmacy received NONE of the Rx’s. I tried reaching him through the receptionist and he DID NOT follow ... read more
BEWARE. While I found the general service and most doctor's agreeable there is one Physician's Assistant to AVOID: Luis Ayala, PA All our other visits were with actual doctors who gave my daughter a check-up and prescription regimen. They also routinely removed some blackheads– a task that literally took SECONDS. The PA however, did the routine check and blackhead removal, literally 2-3 blackheads in all of 3-4 seconds but charged us $250 just for the blackhead removal ALONE.
