Me and my had an excellent experience at Dermatology Specialists. Everyone here are so kind and attentive , from the front dest staff to assistance and doctor. Kristen Franceschina is amazing. I started to see her at the 167 Street Clinic and decided to bring the whole family to her. She is very honest and explains your conditions in a very clear manner. Let’s be honest, this isn’t the best area. However, I was surprised by how nice, clean and quiet the office was. The front desk girls were sweet and professional. I needed an emergency appointment because my face was breaking out and they saw me asap. I had the pleasure of having Grace as my physician and she was wonderful. She listened to all my concerns and wasn’t trying to rush me out of the room. She was very helpful, honest and attentive. A week later and my face is definitely clearing up! Thanks Derm specialist.
This was my mother's second visit, and unfortunately, it was a notably negative experience. She arrived just 10 minutes late and was denied service. Instead of being offered the option to wait, she was simply told that she couldn't be seen and would need to reschedule. It's worth noting that when they keep you waiting for over 30 minutes past your appointment time, no apologies are given. The front desk could benefit from improved hospitality skills. Flexibility should be a two-way street.
