First off, I just want to say this place has wonderful doctors and I appreciate the care that I've received from them. Their office clerks are also extraordinarily kind. That being said a clerk mistakingly charged me for my 80 dollar co-pay twice. 65 dollars to my benefits card and 15 dollars to my debit card. Followed by another 80 dollars to my debit card. My first visit i seen Laurel Callahan I loved the office it was top A CLEAN which is my favorite 😍 and love Laurel Callahan she is funny, professional and her bed side manner is awesome and her medical assistant was great too I go to alot of different doctors all the time they made my day I kid you not..
Great experience! The front desk receptionist Adriany and manager Nicole Washington were super helpful and attentive. The providers and MA’s were amazing! Cannot wait to come back and make this office my main and only dermatology clinic!
I felt like everyone was accommodating and polite. Booking an appointment was so easy. I changed my appointment 3x and they still accommodated my schedule. The next perk is they’re open on Sunday. The doctor knows her stuff and answers any question you have. I’m so glad that I found this clinic. My doctor is Dr. Grace Jarrett👍
