My experience with Dr. Romer was amazing! I’ve been to a few dermatologist and doctors and the experience that I had with Dr. Romer is by far the best.. he explains everything in detail he makes sure you understand everything before you leave his office he will make you repeat what he expects from you just to make sure you understood him and I truly appreciate that. I am extremely satisfied with his care.Â
I love the hospitality everybody is kind and very nice and cares for you in such a special way thank you guys for being youÂ
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love the fact that they have refreshments, good music and entertainment on the television.Â

I will never be coming back here. My appointment was at 12:30 but I wasn't seen until 1:45, over an hour late, because the receptionist waited 45 minutes to tell me there might be an insurance issue that turned out to be nothing. A nurse said the wait is normal since they only have two providers, which did not make me feel better. The doctor was quick and thorough but there were 3 extra people in the room with zero explanation and these long awkward silences. So weird. Then my prescription got sent to a closed CVS. The only positive thing I can say this practice has are the doctors/staff. Besides that, the system is terrible. The call center that they have is terrible, they will have you on hold and then hang up (has happened multiple times by multiple people). They apparently have AI billing you multiple times claim it was an error and it will not be corrected unless you fight for it. They will tell you different information each time.
