Rude dermatologist, Ms.Mifsud was very condescending and disrespectfulÂ
They told me that they accepted my i insurance Empire plan. I have been billed continuously and they keep saying it’s my insurance fault. They’re not even on the plan very upset with this. I’m just paying it and never going back again very shady place.Â

I went in with a painful, swollen, and infected ingrown hair. The dermatologist did address the issue by prescribing antibiotics, but then completely overreacted and brought up unrelated, unnecessary concerns. She insisted I take a pregnancy test because she thought I might have a cryptic pregnancy—which I told her was not possible. Then she said my appendix might be swollen and recommended I go to the ER for a scan. Stay far away from this place, they provide really poor service.Â
Absolutely the worst office ever! Was expecting results by Saturday but an "overlook" ruined my entire weekend. Still waiting for results. A disgrace of an office. DO NOT GO HERE.Â
I will not be returning this this office the front desk staff is especially rude and unprofessional. After arriving at the office for a follow up (2nd visit) i was told I had a balance of $300. I asked why I wasn't told this prior to my appointment I was told the scheduling staff doesnt not have access to billing information. When I informed them that I didnt receive a bill in the mail i was told there is an issues with the local post office in oceanside. Then I was told I would not be seen unless I paid at least $150.
