Absolutely the worst office ever! Was expecting results by Saturday but an "overlook" ruined my entire weekend. Still waiting for results. A disgrace of an office. DO NOT GO HERE.
I will not be returning this this office the front desk staff is especially rude and unprofessional. After arriving at the office for a follow up (2nd visit) i was told I had a balance of $300. I asked why I wasn't told this prior to my appointment I was told the scheduling staff doesnt not have access to billing information. When I informed them that I didnt receive a bill in the mail i was told there is an issues with the local post office in oceanside. Then I was told I would not be seen unless I paid at least $150.
