I didnt like the fact that when I came in for a visit the doctor didnt take no notes . She stood 5 feet away from me and diagnosed me. I didn't like the fact that I called twice asking for my prescription and when she finally called back she didnt remember me because she took no notes and ask me what did she prescribe to me and we discuss to creams and she sent 1 cream and a body wash. The prescription wasn’t sent to a pharmacy as promised. Support is useless.
This office requires a credit card to be kept on file and lies about "prior authorization" covering a service. Then my credit card gets charged without any statement or record of what I'm paying for. Mind you, they were in network with my insurance and I wouldn't have chosen to get the service if I knew that it wouldn't be covered by insurance. These are shady billing practices and they make it next to impossible to speak to anybody that can solve the issue. I'm definitely switching to a different practice not connected... read more

The Dr. asked if I needed a refill of ointment, But I didn’t then. When I needed a refill they refused unless I saw the Dr. AGAIN! So, I think this is a needless demanded appointment for something offered previously, meaning a full charge for what was offered as part of my last, and final dealing with this office and company TotaL b.s. for $.
