Not one person greeted me when I went into the store. When I finally spoke to someone I didn’t feel welcome.
Went in today…. The only customer in there, with the intent of buy some new shoes. Could see three employees all playing on their phones. Not a single on looked up or offered to help so after standing by the shoes for 10 minutes I decided to leave as obviously they don’t need business that bad. I will obviously be shopping elsewhere from now on

I must have gone at a bad time. No one cared to help me out and I was looking at snowboards for a solid 5 minutes and didnt see anyone at all. Kinda sucked but hoping next time I go in someone will care to help me out. As a retail worker, I find this time of year customers shouldn't be ignored.. and no, you weren't busy.
