The equipment here is pretty good, the gym I feel like is more for advanced gymrats they do have a little bit of everything. Free movies in their cinema room. They have personal trainers that come with your membership which is awesome! And they even have free classes you can join. The water filter water tastes like chlorine. This location does seem a little understaff but staff is always helpful.
It’s great to be a member at the Edge. The Edge is welcoming and supportive. Your first experience is walking through the door the staff is so warm and welcoming. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals.The atmosphere at the Edge is fantastic it truly feels like a community and everyone is so encouraging. My experience with the facility is that it is well maintained and in an orderly fashion ready for use .
A warning to anyone who joins... They refuse to follow the NJ state law regarding not charging cancellation fees and cancelling your membership within 10 business days. They say that you have to cancel a month in advance, and it's not from the time you send the email. It's from the time they reply to it. Both of these are against the NJ state law for gym cancellations. I really appreciate the recent addition of the Smith machine in the women's gym area,it's a great piece of equipment and I'm glad it's now available. However, the space has become quite cramped and crowded since it was added, which makes it harder to move around and use the other equipment comfortably. Would it be possible to rearrange the layout a bit to create more room and improve the overall flow of the space? Personally I like the Equipment and how everything is setup . The energy in the gym is awesome. The gym is clean which is great and it’s close to several stores. It gets crowded which I don’t mind but that could be a problem for other people. In general I highly recommend this gym to everybody no matter your level . Amazing gym for beginners so don’t be afraid to join I’m certain you’ll love it .
