The services that I received is excellent. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
Dr. Michael Baillio and ALL the staff were quick to run tests to see what was going on with me. Dr. Baillio even drew a picture of my issue to help me understand. Thank you for taking care of me! This whole experience was great! The receptionist is welcoming and kind, the nurse was thorough and comforting, the Dr was a little standoffish, but I have Covid so I get it. I have been here before , and every time they get you in and they it in a timely manner.
Everyone is professional and very nice. They treat you quickly and with concern about you, the patient.
Quick intake. Nurse explained uncomfortable tests and completed as quickly as possible. Injection was painless. Quick xray. Doctor calmly explained possible diagnosis and did not ridicule when test resulted in rhinovirus. Crazy old lady weakened from a common cold.
Excellent service and professional. Registration (front desk), nurses and Doctor thank you for your great service.
I entered the clinic in debilitating pain and left able to stand upright and now have some practical tips on how to avoid a recurrence of this particular malidy.
