I’ve never been to this emergency clinic, the nurses and Doctors were very concerned about my issues. They we’re very helpful and on top of things. The treatment was awesome.
The medical care was excellent as always. However the young man in the front reception area was ambivalent and didn’t seem to care about what I was going through. I understand paperwork is important but I have been there many times and my information is in the system. I am a registered nurse and that part of the client experience was unacceptable to me.
