The professionalism shown during my emergency is commendable! The Receptionist was very helpful in assisting with the ‘check in’ paperwork. We were surprised to the 3 hour wait, but it is an Emergency Center so it is understandable. The attending nurse was very helpful in the explanation as to what was needed from me (medical records etc) -and what was needed to assist me with the injury to my foot.
