For the most part the experience was okay. Two of the receptionist are so not people friendly and frankly rude, HEATHER & NICOLE(?). My daughter was also seen and overheard Nicole being rude to other patients as well as she was to my daughter. I was in there another night and receptionist Brandi was so helpful and explained everything. I understand some patients are hard to deal with but there has to be some sort of compassion for the patient as well as professionalism.
