I have been going to Dr. Berenberg for more than a year for macular degeneration in my right eye. I am so very fortunate that I found him. I have such faith that I won’t lose my eyesight because of his expertise in his field. He is caring and takes his time explaining all I should know.
Dr. Nguyen's office procedure is designed with a step by step process so you are not overwhelmed with data collection, additional scans and other testing or measurements. He has an assistant in a separate room taking in all the data, giving a preliminary eye test and gathering whatever details essential to Dr. Nguyen's understanding. This assistant leads right to Dr. Nguyen's office where another assistant completes another short test. I transitioned my eye care from out of state. I have been very pleased with the care at The Eye Care Group. Front office staff, technicians, and most important Dr Nguyen, are all very professional and thorough.
I have been a patient of the Eye Care Group for over 10 years. Today I met Dr. Kim and two techs. They were all wonderful......caring, explaining, very sure that I understood what they were doing. An excellent and caring physician and a well-organized practice
Very pleasant, very informative and took time to explain to me the importance of her suggestions. I felt comfortable with her review of my situation. I didn’t feel rushed so it was easy for me to discuss my problem.
Dr Dao, as always, is knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, and explains her findings and recommendations well. My only concern is the lengthy wait time before she saw me after the techs completed their assessments.
Dr. Berenberg is highly skilled, very professional, explains things carefully and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. He is a good listener.
