I first brought Lou in because he has asthma, and his last vet gave him the wrong steroid medication, and it almost killed him. That was little over two years ago .the doctors and staff are spot on ,they give you every bit of information that you need to take care of your cat. I recently had to bring in my older cat. She was not doing well and we made the decision to send her over the rainbow. I met Dr Sims and staff for the first time who cared for my cat like it was their own. Dr Sims took her time in evaluating and assessing my cat’s status and gave several options/opinions and recommendations on how to remedy the situation. She heard me out with all of my concerns and questions and I left there satisfied with answers and the feeling of how much the staff care for the cats. I look forward to continuing to return to this office for maintenance or urgent/emergency care of all 3 of my cats!
In over 40 years of visiting veterinarian providers, this is by far the best of them all! The concern, care and understanding of the entire staff in treating the fur babies and relating to the rest of their family during visits is absolutely superb. We have been to some very good providers, but these folks set the bar extremely high for the competition to follow. Dr Sim is awesome. She helped me in a really rough time. All the staff loved my kitty Cub in a way that helped me. having cats in my life for over thirty years there will be another full ball to love. And I have no doubt I will seek treatment here. The flowers were beautiful and a thank you very much.
