Dr Molden is awesome.She is real and caring about patient . Her nurse practitioners and staff is great and respectfull of patient privacy.The Office is one of the nicest office I have ever visit for medical care . After having a surgery I feel different person.Dr Molden gave me my life back.I strongly recommended her. She is one of the best to change woman life

I had a disappointing experience with this provider. I paid $3,000 for a 20-minute anal skin tag removal with a laser, but despite using anesthesia cream, I experienced significant pain. In my opinion, the med spa felt outdated, and the atmosphere seemed to cater to an older clientele(seniors). Nothing about this place aligned with my expectations for a modern facility. She disrespected other medical issues I have...arguing with me about them even though it's not her area of medicine. Very, very rude. Stay away
I was referred for Pelvic floor therapy by my urologist due to IC. As Dr Molden's website boasts she is supposed to be a premier miracle worker for women with urological and/or gynecological issues, I wanted to see the best. I even waited 3 months to be able to get on to their schedule after the initial consultation - which, mind you, you only ever actually see the Nurse Practitioners. I called the office and told them that I needed an annual and pap. They made me an appt. for 1pm and told me to come 15 minutes early. I got there at 12:45 to find out they were at lunch. Sat there until 1:05 when they finally called me up to the window. I then had to sign forms and wait while they made copies of cards. I finally get to go back to the exam room at 1:20 only to find out that they don't do gyn exams.........are you kidding me!! Then I barely got an apology.
Beware and go here at your OWN risk! I initially called their billing department trying to resolve a bill. Yet I mind you, I've been calling them for the past month, leaving multiple messages, trying to reach someone. No one has ever contacted me back! I finally get someone on the phone today (they were rude), and I expressed my concerns about me trying to reach them. The guy was nonchalant and ignored me while proceeding to verify my information.
