Don’sFlowers ❣️❣️❣️The place to go!!! You did an amazing job on my mothers flowers❣️❣️❣️❣️ It was a last minute order for her birthday and not having ordered flowers in Lubbock for a long time. I was just SUPER IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL TO THIS FLORAL SHOP AND TO TOP IT OFF THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL !!!! THANKYOU sooo very much - Don’s floral shop ❣️❣️❣️❣️

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend and she love them! It her happy and that made me happy.. She truly love the colors and the arrangement!

The flowers were delivered at 4:30 instead of by 3:00. My husband called whoever he ordered the flowers from.He was told they had been delivered, and it was after that call that they were delivered.I hate to say that those flowers looked a little wilted and they have wilted more each day. The flowers delivered on 1/9/24 are 100% fresher looking, and smell like roses.

Flowers were great only problem was I got charged 3 times and the mgr who helped me said she charged me wrong that wasn’t my fault I signed for 2 amounts and she refunded me the one she made the mistake on and I signed for I think that was wrong on her part for doing that and charging me the 3rd time thinking I wouldn’t catch her mistake and when questioned she didn’t know what had happened makes me wonder how many times she’s done that to correct her mistake and charge the correct amount. This is the second time that I've gotten flowers from out of the state from my company. Both times the flowers were dried and shriveled and did not last more than a day. I feel like since they're ordered out of state and then going to a different state that there's not as much care and quality that goes into the flowers that I'm being brought. And this makes me sad because I have to accept the gift it's a gift but at the same time it's just not a very great gift PS I've never told my company that I didn't like your service y... read more

Terrible experience. Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and was told they’d be delivered before 5 to her work so she would still be there. I get a call at 8pm saying they were late and that they could deliver them elsewhere. I give them another spot even though the surprise was ruined and they took another hour. I didn’t even get the flowers or vase I ordered because they were out. Extremely expensive for what I could’ve got at a grocery store for $25 and on time
