These apartments are the perfect don’t judge a book by it’s cover! My sister lives over here and has had the worst experience ever!! Everything from neighbors leaving trash by their door to leaks that maintenance won’t fix. All last year she had an issue with centipedes coming through her vents! She had to contact corporate just for the apartments to come look at the problem. Now she has a raccoon family living in her vents and they are telling her there’s nothing they can do about it! New manager seems nice but has terrible policy. in just the last month, my entire building was threatened with police walkthroughs due to someone saying they think they smelled weed in someone's apartment. What a massive violation of privacy. Just today, saw a note saying the basketball court (major incentive for many young residents here) is now closed at 6PM due to someone playing too late on a weekend night. Management is awful. Yuliza Perez is refusing to make a call to Indianapolis Power and Light Company for the Apartments to claim responsibility of an electricity bill.
This place is absolutely terrible. Maintenance is a joke and made some very sexist comments as well as putting my tampon in my face and saying do not flush this. DO NOT even try to get emergency maintenance, it takes hours for even a call back. The front office is never welcoming, extremely rude and allow people that don't even live here swim in the pool and use the gym. We've had light bulbs go out about once every week, no air conditioning for 4 days and nonstop plumbing issues. And asked for a simple credit to my account ... read more
