Good place and a great price I moved to Milwaukee out of stat, and I couldn't have gotten luckier with the Franklin. It's a great location, a walk to the water and the city, and it's at a great price. Highly recommend.
Love it here! I moved into The Franklin back in September and have loved every minute of it! It is always clean and quiet, and neighbors and staff are always extremely friendly! It is also in such a nice area of the city; wouldn’t want to be anywhere else (:

Great place! Great place to live! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Any work that needs to be done to the unit is taken care of very timely.
Excellent apartments I love my apartment and the community. The best are the events that are organized to meet other neighbors!
The Views! The location! You will not find a better location for the price. The Hop stops at our front door, there are buses on Prospect, Farwell and Ogden. We have a great view of downtown Milwaukee and a good view of Lake Michigan.
