Hi, I'm Edward Nasco(Eddie)and have been a resident for over thirteen years and counting, although, under previous ownership. I will admit that The Frederick Apartments is a Great experience whether from the office staff to maintenance. The office staff is always welcoming you with a smile and willing to address any issue you may have. When it comes to maintenance the crew is very knowledgeable with a big smile to address the issue. Long, thorough, unbiased review Rented a 2 bed 2 bath from 2020-2023 1020sq ft 2nd floor. Final rent rate: $1386 Unit rating: 4/5 The apartment itself is pretty good. No real complaints. Carpet 2nd floor. Nice stainless steel appliances. Get the job done kind of washer/dryer (complaint would be the A/C being next to washer/dryer so the A/C would work extra hard whever you fry your clothes. You need to keep the door open and open the screen door to get the humidity out. Rooms are pretty good size, closet space is very nice ... read more
