RecommendedCan't say enough how impressed I am by the professionalism of this company. We found them via the HBA show and arranged for an estimate on 3 broken windows. From the moment of the estimate until the last replacement pane was installed, they were prompt, courteous and efficient. The windows look terrific. I'd recommend this company to everyone.
The owner of Glass Guru has failed to pay his bills for the landscaping he just had done on his new home. He did nothing but complain about every business he used, the brick company, the concrete company, etc. Completely unethical small business owner who is willing to take food out of families mouths!
RecommendedNormally I would recommend the Glass Guru, but this last time it didn't work out as I would have preferred, I'm pretty sure they lost the screen that was with the window that I dropped off, although I can't prove it, I think the glass was heavier than the old glass because now the window open the window it stay open, it keeps sliding down, so I am not happy, but I will probably still refer them and probably end up using them again
Quick to blame others when they make a mistake. No follow-up after completion of job.

Would not trust them to do showers! The worker didn't even seem to care.
