Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. After being recommended by a friend, my husband came across their company truck working at another house in our neighborhood. He met with the owner, discussed our needs, obtained a business card and called to make an appointment for an estimate. About 2 hrs prior to our scheduled appointment time, the guy called my husband and said he was in the area and could he come on by. Luckily I was already at home. The day your husband flagged me down our conversation lasted about a minute. Your husband said he had seen our trucks in the neighborhood and he had some windows he would like me to look at for him. He never mentioned exactly what he was wanting done. Our main business is replacing broken and failed glass units out in windows because it is a more economical alternative to replacing entire windows.... read more
This company has very bad customer service. ..they don't stand behind their work...uses cheap glass evidently and won't honor their work. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless you want to get RIPPED OFF!!!!
