Called for an estimate to replace glass in two windows. Gary arrived when expected. In the conversation, I asked if I should replace the glass or replace the windows. I knew this was a special company when he examined the windows and said it would be a waste of money to replace them. I fully expected an upsell effort. The replacement glass was ordered and was installed today. The installation was quick, efficient, and the installers cleaned everything thoroughly, including the glass.
