Called for an estimate to replace glass in two windows. Gary arrived when expected. In the conversation, I asked if I should replace the glass or replace the windows. I knew this was a special company when he examined the windows and said it would be a waste of money to replace them. I fully expected an upsell effort. I called Glass Guru because of their high reviews, the best in our city, and I was not disappointed. Gary was so knowledgeable about the glass, and our order arrived much sooner than promised. Once the glass was in the shop, the crew was at our house within just a few hours for a flawless installation. Definitely recommend Glass Guru of Tyler!
