My son busted out his downstairs basement window. The glass gurus came right out- gave us a quote that required customized glass. Paid 1/2 the deposit and 3 weeks later had a BEAUTIFULLY installed basement escape room window. Installation day(today) - he came downstairs, popped the cracked old panel out, went outside, then he custom built the sides Of the glass pane into the new glass. I was pleased with the professionalism that was given and the price as well. However, the only thing that was surprising was, the broken glass was not cleaned up like I expected, especially around a swimming pool and maybe that is not a requirement to do so by the installers.
