Our entire Glass Guru experience was painless and pleasant. We had some ODL enclosed blinds replaced on one of our doors and would highly recommend The Glass Guru. From the initial estimate and measurement, to the quick, professional install, these guys were on it. David R. and Clint S., our installers, were timely, engaging and were clearly skilled glaziers. The team was right on time as promised. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after they finished. They also kept me informed about every step of the job. Our techs went the extra mile even though they didn’t have to! David R. and Clint S. were very efficient and did a wonderful job on our broken window. A service I assumed would take an hour or two only took them about 20-30 minutes. Amazing! They also took the time to fix our broken door handle, which has been driving us crazy for months, just because they saw it and cared enough to help us out. We are very happy with our service, and though the wait time was very long, we understand why these techs are in high demand!
