Our techs went the extra mile even though they didn’t have to! David R. and Clint S. were very efficient and did a wonderful job on our broken window. A service I assumed would take an hour or two only took them about 20-30 minutes. Amazing! They also took the time to fix our broken door handle, which has been driving us crazy for months, just because they saw it and cared enough to help us out. We are very happy with our service, and though the wait time was very long, we understand why these techs are in high demand!

I was scheduled for an 8am appointment and they showed up on time. Clint Sanders and David Rodriguez were very polite and courteous. They got right to work and got my window pane replaced in 30 minutes, which is about how long they said it would take. If I ever have any window issues I’ll be using Glass Guru again. Highly recommend Glass Guru, very professional from beginning to end of process.
