We decided to have the sidelight windows of our entrance door replaced. We decided in the "rain" design. James Heijl and Clint Sanders did the installation. Both were very professional and courteous. We love our new windows.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Sales, professional, Jayce was extremely knowledgeable. The supplier took a little bit of time to get the glass to glass guru, but once received, I had installation the next day. Communication has been excellent. The two installers, David, R, and David S, as others have noted, were professional, timely, personable, and did a super job! Would highly recommend class guru.

I had them custom make mirrors for my new home. They messed up and 2 of the mirrors were not cut correctly. When they remeasured for the new mirrors, the sizes were slightly different so they made me pay for the mirrors that were incorrect. When I went to pay the invoice, they then told me that because I didn't get mirrors with the exact same size as the incorrect ones, I would have to pay for the ones that were not cut correctly.
