From the first email I sent via their website until the installation of the piece of glass I wanted, the experience was first class. So often email via a website fails! Michelle Serrano took care of every detail and the results were exactly what I'd hope for. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization!

I received a bid that was approved by my insurance company. The Glass Guru called in a timely manner to let me know the window was in. Their employees were very quick to install my large bay window and restore my garden view. All is well because of their knowledge and skills. Thanks Guys!

The staff was great to work with. Really made an effort to solve a long-standing glass door problem. And drive 2.5 hours to do work. The cost for the trip was expensive but that’s to be expected. It’s a really great company to work with.

I highly recommend Glass Guru! Both on the phone and in person, I found everyone from Glass Guru to be pleasant, competent and helpful. The new screens I ordered were done early. Great customer service and high quality replacement screens.

Installers Trevor and Kyle (?) were excellent. What a great guys. Work was done beautifully, professionally and on time. Excellent cleanup afterward. Also the estimator Brad was on time, through and was able to quote on the spot. Definitely would call Glass Gru for any future window work.
