I tried using these guys to build a replacement screen frame and screen. I actually took the old frame to them so they could get exact measurements. They could not make one to fit. Incompetent.
Called last Weds and spoke to a very nice receptionist because we need a quote to either replace or repair a wood-rotted basement window. I was asked to text photos to a salesman. I did that immediately, and have followed up at least three times, but never gotten a quote. Absolute waste of my time. I called here first because it came highly recommended, but based on this experience I wouldn’t try again. Very disappointed.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I was very proactive - communicating all took place on my end. 2 month wait to get work scheduled and parts were ordered incorrectly so now I have to wait MORE. Very poor communication - no live person to talk to. I should have listened to my instincts
