We received a prompt call back when an estimate was requested. Marshall came out to give us an estimate and was professional and thorough. Jacob and Nathan arrived for the install and the windows look incredible. All of the guys were delightful and we will always call Glass Guru when we need windows replaced.

Entire process was easy and while not cheap - seemed like a much better value than replacing the entire window. Ty, Jacob, Nathan and Victor were great. They were on time, did great work, and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend!

Jason and Nathan were professional, polite and did an excellent job replacing my Marvin double pane glass. It looks exactly like my existing windows. Marshall came out first to estimate the job, explain the process and answer all my questions. The office is very responsive and accommodating. I was very impressed with the company and would definitely use them again.

Victor Garcia repaired my foggy window quickly, cleaned up his mess, and was able to bill me in about 30 minutes. He was courteous and helped move a few things that were in front of the window. He left things the way he found them.
