Needed to replace a large bathroom mirror. The Glass Guru was very responsive to my request and easy to work with. While I wasn't expecting anything other than a direct replacement, the mirror I got was clearly of better quality and finish than the one I was replacing. The installer, Dean Snyder, was very professional and thoroughly cleaned the mirror after he installed it as well the countertop below it. Dean Snyder and Jacob Sanmiguel were very prompt. They showed up 5 minutes early and rang the doorbell at the appointment time of 8am. Both glaziers were very professional and wasted no time in starting the replacement. I was happily surprised that they finished the job in only 1 hour.
